Project description: Located on Education Hill, this 2,200 square foot, tri-level home, built in 1977 was ready for an update. We worked with the homeowners to plan a fresh layout. The updated home features expansive living and kitchen spaces that, thanks to a corner Nana Wall system, open completely to a covered deck. The upper level includes a laundry room, home office, living space, generous master suite, and two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The basement has expanded to incorporate a mudroom, guest bath, media room, second home office, home gym, and guest room. The updated home includes over 3,600 square feet of inviting, modern, finished space in addition to completely redone outdoor living space!
