Beaver Lake DADU

We've got a new ADU project in the Beaver Lake community of Sammamish. What is an ADU? It stands for Accessory Dwelling Unit which is a smaller, independent residential dwelling unit located on the same lot as a single-family home. This is going to be an exciting project! the owner had an expansive wooded lot of over an acre which would make a perfect spot for an ADU living along with their existing home.
