Bellevue Lake View Sanctuary

Our clients are ready for some outdoor living space! We have designed a seamless transition between the backyard deck and living area that allows for optimal usage all year round by adding 70sf to their existing home and a covered deck with modern touches. A wall of glass doors/windows and the open plan promotes informal living at its best. The home has gorgeous views of lake Sammamish, and the rear yard looks onto a wooded greenbelt. This project will be the outdoor backyard sanctuary for the owner and their family.
