Queen Anne Craftsman

Located on Queen Anne Hill, this 110 year old Craftsman is small but full of charm. Our client's goal is gaining more space and updating the home with modern amenities without losing the original character of the home. We have designed a second floor addition and full home remodel that will modernize the home with energy efficient windows and heating systems, a more open and functional kitchen, and an open stair case to connect the three floors. We will maintain the original character of the home with exterior details, keeping and extending the original hardwood floors, and bringing in wallpaper, tile, and plumbing fixtures that feel true to the early 20th century home.
